Class 45

  Class 45 is a type of diesel-electric locomotive used in the United Kingdom. It is part of the "Peak" family of locomotives and was built by British Railways between 1960 and 1962. The Class 45 locomotives were later reclassified as Class 45/0 and Class 45/1, with some of them being converted to Class 46 and Class 47 locomotives.
